Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VyaparHisaab (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VyaparHisaab is an AI-powered business records platform for purchase bill capture, invoice creation, vendor ledgers, GST readiness, reporting, and Excel exports. The Service is a product operated by MADHAVAY INDUSTRIES, Mathura, India.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

• Free plan: ₹0/month and ₹0/year. Includes limited access for trial and basic use.
• Business plan: ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year. Designed for small businesses using bill extraction, invoice creation, GST reports, vendor records, and monthly readiness checks.
• CA plan: ₹999/month or ₹7,500/year. Designed for accountants/CAs managing client workflows and GST review activities.

Payments are processed via Razorpay where online payment is enabled. Paid plans may renew monthly or yearly based on the plan selected unless cancelled. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload bills or documents you do not have the right to process.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service programmatically.
• Upload more than 5 files per minute (enforced automatically).
• Upload files larger than 10 MB per upload.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to extract data from bills and documents. Extracted data may contain errors. Always verify extracted values against your original documents before using them for accounting, tax filing, or any official purpose. MADHAVAY INDUSTRIES is not liable for errors in extracted data.

7. Intellectual Property

The VyaparHisaab software, product name, and branding are owned or operated by MADHAVAY INDUSTRIES. Your uploaded bill and invoice data remains yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your files solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADHAVAY INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
